Please make an appointment if you want to pick up the order at our address in Eindhoven. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
Shipping costs depend on the weight, size and destination of the order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown in the cart. When you place one or more items in the cart, the shipping costs will be shown for the selected country. You can change the country in the dropdown box. Shipping costs are then automatically re-calculated. For very large or heavy orders the shipping costs cannot be calculated. You can place the order and we will contact you about the shipping costs.
In case a shipment fits in a mailbox and the value is not too high we will ship in an envelope or mailbox-box. In this case we will not reduce the shipping costs because processing of these small orders are relatively time-consuming.
Currently we only ship to the countries that you can select in the shopping cart.
